STRUCTURAL WORK
Bodywork, chassis and frames bearing the marks of years of road use arrive at the workshop. We start from there: we assess the wear and tear, identify the critical parts and, where possible, focus our work solely on those areas. We cut away compromised sections, carry out repair welds and rebuild the most stressed areas; only where necessary do we redesign certain components to adapt them to new operational requirements.
The aim is to restore the structure to a sound condition, ready to return to service. A job well done extends the vehicle’s lifespan and reduces the risk of further breakdowns.
HYDRAULICS
A movement that slows down, a leak, unstable pressure: these are signs that require immediate attention.
We analyse the hydraulic circuit and pinpoint the exact point where action is needed. Pumps, cylinders, valves and pipes are checked and repaired with targeted interventions. We resolve the problem in the best possible way. The system returns to working smoothly and continuously.
An efficient system keeps the vehicle operational and reduces downtime in the field.
ELECTRONICS AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS
A fault code on the display is just the start. The work begins with diagnosis.
We connect the systems, read the data and analyse the vehicle’s behaviour. We work on control units, sensors, wiring and electronic systems, including those in electric vehicles. We trace the fault right down to the component, avoiding generic repairs.
Fewer attempts, greater precision: the vehicle is back in service with a targeted solution.
Mobile workshops
When a vehicle breaks down in the field, time becomes the most critical factor. With our mobile workshops, we reach the site with a fully equipped mobile unit.
We carry out diagnostics and repairs directly on site to minimise downtime, and handle the most urgent issues on compactors, sweepers and urban sanitation vehicles. If a more extensive repair is required, we arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the workshop without delay.
