Our standards: certifications and ethical commitment

TECAM is known for quality, safety, sustainability and ethics. Our certifications confirm our ongoing commitment to offering the very best to our customers, partners and the environment.

On this page, you will find a comprehensive overview of our commitments and the practices we adopt on a daily basis.

ISO 9001:2015

We believe in implementing a rigorous quality management system, which gives us full control over business processes and the quality of the products and services we offer.

For us, quality is not a set of bureaucratic procedures, but a mindset to be applied daily in our work, so that we can succeed together: us and our customers.

EN 15628

Our technicians and service managers have thus enhanced and formalised their skills and high level of expertise, which they make available to our customers every day to ensure a professional, fast and high quality service.

ESG

As part of our ESG commitment, we have adopted a strategy to continuously improve in areas such as environmental, social and governance sustainability.

These practices serve to optimise energy and water consumption, enhance our human and social capital, and ensure transparent operations.

EN 11586

The EN 11586 certification aims to ensure operator safety during the use of vehicles dedicated to waste collection, reducing the risk of failures and malfunctions during operations.

The standard defines the inspections to be carried out on equipment, identifying components whose deterioration may lead to hazardous situations. It also establishes the minimum inspection frequency, as well as the requirements and qualifications of the personnel responsible for carrying out these checks.

Legality rating

The Legality Rating confirms Tecam’s commitment to operating with integrity and transparency.

This recognition, awarded by the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM), underscores our dedication to maintaining ethically sound business practices.

PAV, PES, PEI

Certification for electrical work in the PAV (Trained Person), PES (Experienced Person) and PEI (Person Qualified for Live Working) categories enables us to carry out maintenance on electric vehicles safely and with recognised professional competence. These vehicles require specific expertise compared to traditional internal combustion engine vehicles.

Code of ethics

Our Code of Ethics is the cornerstone of our corporate values and a pledge of integrity and responsibility.
